To insure that students have access to technology-supported instruction that makes a difference, teachers need to develop their skills in developing and implementing effective activities that incorporate various technologies.
Read the refreshed NETS*T handout. How do the NETS*T support student achievement? How would implementation of these standards impact your site professional development plan? What positive outcomes do you predict for teachers? What challenges might teachers face?
Discuss your thoughts with your team. Which of the team's ideas would you like to share with the total group?
When your team is ready to add its answers, the typist needs to:
